Invitation to Dive Ginnie 5/24

Maybe we should meet up at my place Saturday morning at 7:15am and figure out who is driving and where to put the gear etc.

NetDoc: you mentioned putting some gear/tanks in your truck, is this still an option? Do you want to meet up at my house. I'm right on the turnpike, so I'm on the way there. I figure Kbeck will already be at my palce and ABQdiver will meet up with us there?

Wendy, PM me with directions and a address and I'll be there by 7am. I can drive as well since we might as well put milage on the rental car (full size) as one of your vehicles.

Kbeck, you will be fine. If Green chili will get you there, then I'll bring enough. (That's the one thing I miss about home when we travel)

You could bring some condiments if you want (mustard, etc), maybe some seedless grapes. Those are awesome on SIs. I will get the buns and cheese.

Trenton is pretty close to High Springs isn't? Maybe you could get there early and stake out a good spot? Just a thought, don't know what your schedule might be.



HarleyDiver, how many burgers you planning to bring? Speaking for myself, I don't like to get stuffed between dives.

I'm fairly new to the board, with just a couple of posts, but lots of lurking and reading....

If you're open to having more folks join in, I'd love to dive Ginnie this Saturday. I did my OW cert dive there, but never got down into the ballroom.

I'm 40, from Jacksonville, and just started diving in Feb this year.

I could bring a couple of coolers with soda, juices and water for the bunch.

Let me know if I can join in.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no NITROX at Ginnie, just air fills, so if you are wanting to dive NITROX itwould be better for you to rent tanks at Extreme Exposure on the way there, we drive right past it. Also I know a few of you wanted to stop by there anyway to check out the stuff, and I need to pick up something there anyways.

What time do they open? Most shops I've been to don't get rollin until about 10am. If they are open I would LOVE to stop in. Might need more time though. Better leave the credit card somewhere else

EE is open from 8-6 on Saturday. So we could either stop in on the way to Ginnie or on the way back home.
