I don't know about you, but I would use a commercial hat. Commercial hates are mutch to large for any thing smaller than the Gulf of Mexico.

It's not ice, that is a parifin wax cap to keep the local lower class out of the owners well. Cheeper than an armed guard.

I thought parafin wax floats too? In fact, I think it is like water in the sense that the solid is less dense than the liquid. So, by transitive logic, I would think that parafin wax would float on water as well.
