Are you coming in after it, or are you covetous only of the clean gear in my house?

I'm pretty lazy, so I'll just go after the clean stuff.

You can keep what's on your back!

(Of course, this is all in good fun...I don't wish any harm on any diver on this board, so I don't accidentally go to hell.)

But I thought ice floats? I think it's trapped ...

do it easy:
eewww that looks nasty!! When are you going in? ;)

1) when the ice completely melts
2) after I've determined if it's deep enough to warrant entering
3) after I've obtained permission from those who might object
4) after I am certain it contains no nasty bacteria that will be with me for the rest of my life

My opinon is let me dive it with a commercial hate and surface coms. LOL Let me know what you find out

I don't know about you, but I would use a commercial hat. Commercial hates are mutch to large for any thing smaller than the Gulf of Mexico. :rofl3:

It's not ice, that is a parifin wax cap to keep the local lower class out of the owners well. Cheeper than an armed guard.

:D

I thought parafin wax floats too? In fact, I think it is like water in the sense that the solid is less dense than the liquid. So, by transitive logic, I would think that parafin wax would float on water as well.

Ooops, never mind- I see it is "trapped" :D
