They are close to neutral. It depends on you - some people need a heavier fin. It is really impossible to say without putting you in the water with the fins, in a given configuration. There are a few people who need negative fins in a wetsuit, and most can get away with heavier fins in a dry suit. I don't need a heavy fin in any configuration, unless you have tried, you probably won't know.
