I'm getting phantom pages in several threads in this forum, and whenever the thread flips to a new page the screen "refreshes" about every three seconds, taking me back to the top of the page. I literally cannot read the first two or three replies on a new page, because the screen just automatically keeps refreshing to the top of the page.

It's nearly as distracting as Wormil's avatar ...
