Have you ever been to the Rain Festival in Seattle, Washington?
It starts every year on January 1st, and ends December 31st.
No, but I lived in Bristol for three years and they have a very similar festival.... or was that because I was at the university. Certainly lots of beer was involved

Yeh, bummer, but I've just tipped into my sixties, so cold water tech diving had a limited future anyway. Oh, and I've chosen off-road 4x4 driving as my substitute. :)

I'm not far behind you. Thankfully I can still dive but I've given up tech. Since I live in Florida, I have plenty of warm water and pretty fish surrounding me. When our water temps hit the mid 70s and below most locals pack it in until the water warms up again. It's rough. :rofl3:

Yeh, I feel for you! I get the English Channel with no viz, loads of current and a late summer high of around 65F

Three more to go!

So my intention is to list these books as one lot. It keeps postage cheap and possibly gets the wet/dry suit book sold when maybe it seems less popular. But do you think it would be better to list separately?

Can I please ask not to be messaged directly asking to buy one of these.

I feel really bad now. I could have said "Hi" in 25 different threads then just listed them, but it seemed unfair to butt in on other people's conversations that way. I wanted 25 genuine posts so I could list them according to the forum rules, but now I've started talking about them I can see that was wrong too.

So I'm going to list them in the proper way under "miscellaneous items" as soon as I get enough posts. There'll be a price for the three books, or individual listing if you'd prefer, with buyer to pay postage at cost.

I can't list them until I have at least 25 posts to my name.
That is a very good rule indeed because I do not want to see a single posting anymore trying to sell me either viagra or a new wife. 25 posts is enough to deter spammers. Sometimes it is unfair, but what alternative do we have?

Your opinion?
(counted as one post I guess)

I agree, its an excellent rule.

And I'm trying to get there by discussing the subject, not by spamming lots of threads.

In fact I'm over half way there... and resisting the temptation to make a different post of each sentence!
