The favers are an epoxy finish I belive and will eventually get beat up. Still plenty of life there but they will scratch, chip etc amd not age as gracefully as a hot dipped galvanized tank.
Hot dipped as mentioned is Pressed Steel also sold under the OMS name. As well as the new Worthingtons sold under the Sea Pearles and XS-Scuba brands.
Be sure to pay a fair price, expect about $200. for a HP-80. Some places are trying to get nearly the 100 CF price of %300+.
