Brian, I would love to borrow a light for a night dive!!!

gtxl1200:
full refridge and freezer for anything that needs to be kept cold.

I'll bring some type of a fruit salad or sdomething similar. The fridge space would be good.

That is one light spoken for! Sounds like a drysuit is spoken for as well.

hey brian,
what kind of dive lighs do you have? i'm looking for a new light (light envy from the last meet) so always looking for an oportunity to try one out. anyway, i'm debating between a couple canisters (sartek, green force) and the diverite handheld HID.

I just hope to make it back from Oahu, may have to find a job and stay.

I'd like to try a lite too, I've got some small ones but something bigger would be nice.

i've got a drysuit, just need some pool time to get everything figured out.

In prep for Hawaii, last 2 nites our scout troop was camping and going to the Y for swimming and I took my 3mm suit and fins for some exercise (calves feel it this morning).

For loan, I have an Ikelight 8 cell Incadenscent that used to be my primary when tech diving and several smaller lights.

Me... I am currently used a DiveRite Canister light (10 Watt HID), and my back-ups are a DiveRite LED and a UK 4 AA powered Incadescent that current ride clipped to my harness.

So far, I think that Penny has claimed the Ikelight Super 8. I have all kinds of smaller lights. I also think think that we will have enough members there that want to start off early on the homebrew fest that we can borrow lights from their gear as well. Last year's night dive ended with more people than started the dive, LOL.

Diving.........at night............ while it is dark out............with flash lights.........BRILLIANT! Count me in for some of that night diving, I hope my little 10 watt HID will be sufficient for use underwater.

A maglite connected to a PVC sewer pipe light my way underwater so I don't know if I'm cool enough to hang out with you guys and your fancy store-bought lights!

I'll bring a spare super-8 or something if I'm able to camp out.

It worked well enough at Meet and Greet I. I just don't have the mechanical skills to build my own gear. (I am getting decent at moderate to minor field repairs though).
