Nope, I'm clearly not 40, but I can get down and up again.

Ha! I do a class at my gym 3x weekly for over 55s. (I’m 65). Goal is to be able to get up off the floor with no use of your hands. I finally managed after 6 weeks of practice. Who woulda thunk how hard this is…

Easy peasy. I can now get off the ground without using hands, feet, knees, legs, etc. etc...

I can even pick up my zero turn with just a thumb now! :D :D :D

Is a post only a new thread? Or are replies to posts counted for the minimum? PS, I went to an amazing accupuncturist/massuse/bodywork specialist for my back. A neighbor needed a 2nd hip replacement and is fixing it without surgery through combined, Chiro, accupuncture.

Then your neighbor didn’t really need a hip replacement yet. Acupuncture is great to treat pain, but if your hip is truly shot to the point of needing replacement, no amount of acupuncture will address the issue. If not to that point, it certainly may allow you to reduce pain to put it off a little longer.

I hear that all the time. Let's see someone get a root canal or back surgery with acupuncture for anesthesia.
They actually used stimulated acupuncture in addition to standard neuraxial/peripheral nerve block injections for anesthesia on my total knee replacement at HSS in NYC back in March and my post Op pain was quite well controlled (which is why they use acupuncture there too). I also have friends who have used if to treat chronic back and neck pain quite successfully - but it would never be a substitute for the hard stuff for major surgery: it’s just another tool to help with pain!

Picking up and into the thread NetDoc, hope you're feeling better.
Lots. I had a little bit of a hiccup on my trip to Belize but am over that it seems.
