BTW, if people have gear that they are haven't used for a while and don't see themselves using again, well....

I am sure that you could find someone interested enough to swap something for it while there. I know that some people left with glove rings for their drysuits last year!

speaking of canadian has anyone heard from the pink canuck to see if he will be joining us this year.

Also as long as Im posting I see this thread has gone way out of the subject now sort of. were down to about two months now. it is time to get things back on track.

Since no one stepped up to the plate in one of my other post I will do it again this year.

So far what we know
we will be having it the weekend of April 15-17th Myself and Brian and Cldwtrdvr will be there early friday to be official greeters.

Gtxl1200: 1.Bunk house which by the way all bunks have been spoken for unless people want to have a private meeting with me and we can talk bribes and greasing my palm with green paper and other such methods to advance you to a bunk and bump somebody out. If you have a sleeping bag and dont have a tent I do have some floor space available. Read above about moving off of the floor to a bunk.
2. GLWC Sign Tom said I can come and get it. But I better hurry since he is moving.
3. Name Tags. For those of you who we havent met yet.
4. Some sort of dish to pass
5. Coffee pot
6. Generator

Notsoken and several others BEER.

So we have beer, bunks and coffee so far so. We can indulge in adult beverages and have a place to sleep but we still dont have anything yet to eat. So either PM me or post on here what if anything you will be bringing. and I will update this list to keep everyone informed. of what we have so far and what we still might need.

2.Snacks. With my request the tex mix that stuff was darn good last year.
3.Huge Tent with cots.
4.Camera but for only those who attend what goes on at meet and greet stays at meet and greet.

Once I have some more for this list I will re-do it in a more orderly fashion.

Thank you for steering us back on course Ted you are a great leader. Though if we are diving I am following Ray as he is definately the master of the compass heading. Did you get those Faber's dialed in yet?

As far as myself, I will bring a small grill and I can bring my big grill if needed. I will have snack type food for between dives, possibly some Tex Mex dip and possibly a little treat for afterwards when we gather around the camp fire. I will also have a ten person tent, 3 camp cots, some chairs and hopefully a new awning for coverage. I may even have an item or two for the swap meet.

I have ordered a flag to fly for the site(thanks diverbrian for the assist). We should also be thanking Brian for purchasing the tape of the back logo, which will allow us to have that logo embroidered as well. I am planning on arrival for Friday staying through Sunday.

Iwill also have my camera and will try and do a better job of documentation of the Meet & Greet. Don't worry the secret stuff remains, I will not allow those pictures to be posted anywhere.

Yes I sure did while I was down in the Keys over Christmas I had a chance to get them all dialed in and I really like them now.
