I'm in a college dorm, with no access to a hose. After a dive, I take a shower, and bring all my stuff in with me. I hold it all up to the shower head (yes, warm water, usually a shot of cool water at the end) so that I can get every nook and cranny. I then hang it all up off a plastic chair in the shower to let it dry. Works so far for me!

Either hose it off outside or rinse in the shower with lukewarm water. Depends on the weather. I leave my gear in the tub until it drip dries.
