No need to string anyone up, but it would be a shame for anyone to end up in the wrong part of the state and miss the diving.
OTOH, we may have to reconsider the policy about not stringing people up when someone passes the buck.

The point is......I was showin' my luv for all my fellow SB'ers. Didn't want anyone to get nailed with a big ticket!! You know how our dear law enforcement officers can take their job SO seriously! I hear they are also a bit touchy about the wakes, as well. Don't want the coffee to spill and the donuts to get mushy!
