Got word back from a friend who has Atomic links and the price quoted was $21 for the "kit" apparently they will not sell just the nut. I want 6 but at a cost of $126 I think I'll live with splined nuts. Wow...I will how ever keep looking. @Umuntu Craig, I'm holding out for your findings. Cheers.

They've been closed for Easter. I'll order tomorrow.

You would think McMaster Carr would have something suitable. If not we can bug @herman to make us some or to suggest a source.
 
Why not just put a 9/16 -18 SS or plastic jam nut(s) in place if the splined jam nut?

@OWIC647 , whaddya think? Is a thin-sided 9/16" - 18 all we need for a G250 jam nut? I think total nut height,
to mate up with the hose is one additional consideration.
