Last time I tried wearing ski long underwear polypropylene under my 7mil and I was warm, but merino wool long underwear is available too!

polypropylene floats and also smells really bad after you sweat in it.

@Trailboss123 Pinnacle makes merino lined wetsuits... Tempo, Siren, and Polar are all lined
