I kid you not, I saw that happen this year. Through poor communication a diver needed to borrow another divers tanks and when they both arrived at the boat they realized the problem with the dimple less DIN valves and yoke reg. Fortunately we had plenty of spare tanks and I'm not advocating adding that contraption to anyone's kit.
LOL. I was just free-associating. Never expected this to be a real thing, especially after I posted then clicked throughand saw the other monstrosities for sale.

Yep, go figure. The tanks the one diver brought to lend had 300 bar valves. Which it is my understand a 300 bar DIN valve is not convertible as it is too large for a yoke reg and therefore they are not designed to be converted... No dimple.
