If you have 300 and 232 or 200 bar outlets from a compressor, you'll have one of these regulators for the 232/200 side. Often adjustable so you can set it to for example 232+10% for such a fill, or turn it down for a 200 bar fill.
Ah now I see.

Yes it's stupid indeed having the same filling hose for 200 and 232 bar. In Europe you normaly get about 235 bar in a 200 or 232 bar tank, no regulator.

You can have a "High-Pressure Air Control Regulator" at your fill station to control the fill pressure, 50 - 5000 PSI, depending on the fill pressure rating for the tank(s) you are filling. This makes it convenient when you are dealing with different types of Tanks with different pressure ratings. You can adjust the fill pressure on the fly. You need to make sure that you check the fill pressure ratings for the Tank(s) you are filling so as not to over-pressurize them beyond their maximum fill pressure rating. You will need 2 pressure gauges attached to this regulator, one to show the incoming pressure to the regulator and the other one to show the set maximum fill pressure the regulator will fill to:
