Can't Upload Attachments

Yes... I didn't know there was an "attchment queue"


Mine is full of attachments in the queue. 5 pages worth.

what's next? does it need "cleaning out" or something or have I reached the max allotment?

most are from YEARS ago. the latest one in there is from 2007 and all the ones before that were from 2006, 2005, etc.

Try deleting your old ones you may have reached the limit.

We have plenty of storage now.

I increased the attachment allotment to 500 mb's per person.

I just upped the limit.

But if you have OLD attachments - they may be messing up the ability to upload the new ones.

Try removing the old ones, and then uploading new ones.

ok... how do you remove them?

(hopefully I don't have to do each one individually.... that would mean I'd have to go through 88 attachments? :shocked2: )

You check them (you can select all box in the top right column) then click delete at the bottom.
