Not AC powered w/a fan, just needed something to keep inside the house in the shower or tub to let the boots drip dry inside with air condition (low humidity) so hopefully the boot funk will cease or be minimized. I think I got the mildew smell out w/some Odoban from Home Depot. Hopefully this will help prevent the future funk.
