My wife likes the Titan regulator, should she go with the supreme model.
I have scuba pro so i dont no much about Aqualung line, need some help from Titan users.
We dive in mountain lakes down to 40 degrees.
Also does the non supreme unit breath any better?

The Titan is not a cold water regulator. The Titan Supreme has the environmental dry seal kit plus the heat exchanger to make it more suited to cold water diving. If you're diving mountain lakes down to 40 degrees, you really want the Titan Supreme and not the standard Titan.

There are a few more differences, the titan LX has the same second stage as the legend, I used to dive a regular titan before switching to the Legend, i dove the regular standard titan down to 38 degrees on Lake erie shipwrecks, the LX and the LX supreme just add a different second stage, the first stage is the same except for the environmental kit.
