I've must've owned more than 10 and never had a problem, awesome first stages.
The Titan series is a direct descendent of the Conshelf first stage, major improvement being a replaceable volcano orifice, #14 above:

And, IMO, slight backward step being the addition of yoke nut, from a tools perspective.
