The only problems were those of his own invention, and I'm not quite sure they've been solved at all

WOW !! You win the best ' Equipment of the Day '. I'd love to have that pressure tank setup.
Great writeup to help future readers on how you solved your problem !!!
You can search for a dispensing machine online and use it to make a modification.
I hope you like it!

I want to design a one-handed stand to be installed on AV-1. Does anyone have any good ideas and suggestions?

There is too little information about this old DPV online.
After spending a lot of time looking for information and learning from other people's solutions, and after 8 versions of improvements, I can finally install the one-handed bracket perfectly!

Here I would like to thank the following pioneers for their exploration of AV1 and the valuable information they left behind!

Hello, replacing wearable items on my AV-1. How do you remove the pin from the motor shaft? I tried giving it a light tap with a punch with no luck.
Also, I'd like to get rid of the red light moisture system, is it a easy rewire pulling it out?
Best regards, BobIMG_0247.JPGIMG_0245.JPG

Sorry, my machine's motor runs well so I didn't disassemble the motor compartment. I don't have relevant experience and can't give you good enough advice. (Also I want to ask why you disassemble it?)

As for the pin on the shaft, it is mentioned in the maintenance manual that you can remove it with pliers. I used Knipex pliers. I can give some suggestions about the pin. If the AV1 has not been turned on for a long time, it is best to disassemble the propeller compartment to check whether several bearings are rusted and corroded. This is also the main reason why the pin on the shaft is deformed and bent. The AV1 motor is very powerful. If the bearing is damaged and it is turned on, the pin may be bent or even twisted and deformed and cannot be removed normally! If the pin is deformed and cannot be removed, you can use pliers to hold the pin on one side and place the other side on the shaft. Squeeze hard to force the pin to move forward or backward along the hole to correct the bent and deformed pin. Be sure to move it evenly forward and backward, otherwise one side of the pin may bend directly and become unable to move (I have damaged it like this before). When the pin becomes straight, you may still not be able to remove it easily. At this time, you may need to use a file or sandpaper to grind one end of the pin, because the smooth pin head may have been deformed under the clamping and pushing of the pliers. After grinding, the pin can be pushed out more easily. Of course, when pushing the pin, you need to pay attention to the shaft not to damage it. You can pad it with something. Finally, I wish you good luck!

Your pictures don't look like the clutch plate has been removed, the pin should be under the clutch plate, and the shaft doesn't look perpendicular to the center, perhaps you removed the motor housing screws and moved the motor?
