A good practice is to fill a garage can up with fresh water and run the scooter in it for several seconds and let it soak for a minute. Yes you need new bearings.

I think these are the bearings you want, from my experience but check if it makes sense.

Also you need this stuff to seal the bulkhead when you end up pulling it.
Got it, it's pretty much what I thought, run the motor in fresh water, then soak it, thanks!

The bearings have been purchased, NSK bearings, the specific model is on the maintenance manual

I don't know why the photo you sent doesn't show up, what do you mean by sealed bulkhead?

The parts of APOLLO AV-1 that were just removed
The spring is brokenIt doesn't look like the metal shell as described in the maintenance manual
maybe someone has replaced it before
The outer layer should be wrapped in rubber ,and the rubber layer has peeled off in some placesThe rubber inside doesn't look like metal, it feels more like nylon or plastic

The propeller assembly oil seal has a spring.
There is a metal shell.

Dude you've saved my life, I'm in your debt forever, thanks for your help

No I'm not indebted to you at all
as I'm the one that told you to post in the forum instead of sending me private messages
and getting **** advice, from me

Yes, when I opened the search, I found that only you did a physical decomposition

In my mind, you are a knowledgeable person, so I really want to ask you for advice
I also contacted the Japanese friend, and he said that he used liquid silicone and gaskets to seal

At the beginning, I was a little hesitant
I wanted to find someone who could solve the problem directly and listen to their advice
I didn’t know which section to post in
As you can see, no one responded to my post in the DPV section...
Fortunately, I finally got a response here
It was a pleasant exchange!
If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
Thank you everyone!

Hey dude, well I'm back and now finally rested and taken my tablets and happy as always
from my diving holiday in search of sunken yachts engine blocks and weedie sea dragons

So let me try do it right for you

I use light grease in gearbox and non sealed bearings for less resistance for more battery

Motor seal remove spring for less resistance

Prop seal pack with grease and reverse so spring and exposed metal is inside and no rust

Have a photo of your cleaned up prop shaft

I was right! Your experience is very useful to me! Can CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 be used for light grease for gearboxes and non-sealed bearings? I saw you mentioned INOX MX6 before? Or is MX6 more suitable?

Greetings from afar

I'm not sure I understand the conversation, but the rubber seal you show can be replaced with a new one with a spring, If the spring is not Stainless it will work, but longevity is limited.

As for the advice - I think it was. to reverse the original orientation of that shaft seal (with the spring) do not do that. I made that mistake a few times, unknowingly and it resulted in consistent leakage and flooding of the rear compartment - i.e, the prop assembly.

Put the seal in the correct orientation or you will be disappointed. I think it is designed to have the spring on the water side, but I forget know, I will just re-assemble in the configuration I find it in. Do not worry about the spring being different than the original spring in the seal.

As for the flowable caulk, that is needed when you have to pull the black wall that the battery sits on. Sooner or later you are going to have to open it up and fix things or dry it out, so it is good to have the right material on hand to reassemble properly.
