They "came with" our house. We are cleaning the cellar and throwing away junk as well as getting rid of anything that will not be useful to us.
I know for sure the bottom items are not "Ninja claws".

Furnature clamps, some form of jack and carpet stretching tools.

yep pipe/funiture clamps--very useful new the red clamps are about $20 per set plus the cost of the pipe. They use standard gas pipe that you can purchase at Home Depot or Lowes. You can adust size by using shorter or longer pipe.

Is that green and red pattern on the floor for shuffleboard? Or maybe curling practice?

Yes, the cellar floor has a shuffle board pattern painted. The woodburning stove prevents freezing in the cellar so curling is not possible.
