According to nobelprize.org, there is. Unless you are quibbling about 'Economics' vs 'Economic Sciences'. Were you?

Or are you going with that Economics was not one of Nobel's original prize areas and was added by the Nobel committee in memory of him. A somewhat subtle point, that does not really bear on the original comment about looking to experts for advice.

Yes, it's not a real Nobel prize, its the national bank of Sweden who give out that prize in memory of Alfred Nobel.

The Nobel prizes was instigated by Alfred Nobel himself, the "Sveriges Riksbanks pris i ekonomisk vetenskap till Alfred Nobels minne" is just a trademark infringement on the real Nobel prizees.

No, I make the argument that "Riksbankens pris" is not the same as "Nobelpris" or if you like it translated "Swedish national bank" is not the same as "Alfred Nobel"

Criticizing someone for not knowing the alleged difference between the Nobel Prize and the Nobel Memorial Prize is not unlike nitpicking at Alec’s perceived inaccuracies in describing the long hose setup.
