me? today i kicked off my lunchtime walking club in the office... and quite a big turnout!

big enough not to be clicky and having a conversation but small enough to be managable

now im sitting here iwth my sore legs, my can of tuna and carrots sticks :D
 
Did some weight lifting on Tuesday and some stretch using the divefitness book. Need to go to a medical checkup. Something is preventing me from losing weight. I could gain the weight real easy, but losing it, thats a different story. It is becoming clear that this is a medical issue and not a health issue anymore. Hopefully it will work out. :shakehead:
 
take care roy.... get your iron & thyroid levels checked out also

15yrs ago i had Graves disease and as a result i have about 5% of my thryoid left and almost zero iron levels..... its a pita but not the worst thing in the world

today im packing my bag so i can walk at lunchtime with some office walk buddies... my legs are SORE!
 
Well, I'm counting my diving yesterday coz I didn't do much of anything else :)

Hello to all! I have been gone from here for a year and you are still going strong! I have lost 15 pounds in the past year but I have hit a wall again! I will be looking here for a little moral support! It's Thursday and you have weight ins? I am 155 and I am looking to hit 140 by next summer. We are taking a diving trip to the Carribean during my husbands 2 week leave from the army. He leaves for Kuwait soon and will be gone for a year or so. We hope he get's the chance to dive while he is deployed over there.

My camera is finally working and now with the double strobe, it gets better! Looks like I am doubling everything including diving double tanks and going toward the hogarthian gear configuration. Anyways did 2 dives as my exercise.
