reporting in for 6.15am kickboxing this morning with lots of crunches and situps for some reason

off to buy a sushi roll for lunch... ive been eating wellt his week so taking it one day at a time, one meal at a time
 
What a day. A lot of phone, a lot of computer, a lot of pacing around the back patio while on the phone coz I knew I wasn't going to get out anywhere good LOL Have no idea how many miles I put in doing that today, but it felt like a lot LOL

Did 35 minutes of aerobics in a row on the Wii including a round of normal hula hooping + 3 minutes of the super hula hooping (boy do I work up a sweat with this one trying to beat my last score!) and a whole bunch of step work. I have no rhythm and the machine LOVES to remind me of that :rolleyes:.

Oh yeah, I should get some heart benefit from being scared out of my wits when I went to hang up the phone and saw this guy right next to it!

I used to love spiders but after getting bitten by the brown recluse (violin) spider which nearly killed me, I tend to scream and run away.

Did a 60 minute workout and some weight lifting today. Boy, I screwed my weight so much, I'm almost back to where I started, but thanks to diving weekly, its not adding the body fat, but diving isn't enough, gotta get my body moving. :(
 
Ok, I am getting back into weight lifting and taking care of myself. Been very bad the last year. I plan on working out in the morning after work (work 12 hour night shifts) and I will quit smoking and give up sugar. If I don't drop dead from the shock I hope to drop the 10 pounds I have gained and feel better. Will be reading this thread for motivation.

Yes, they can kick and peck and generally cause havoc. They are known to kill dogs out bush. I don't know what an ecru is?
 
a summer cold has me laying low this weekend but this morning i was up for 6.15am training

lots of running today... up and down hills for 10mins then a 1min walk then another 10mins sprint and walk and did this for an hour

im pooped!

although im still the slowest and my running sucks - i didnt stop so im happy with that!
 
Way to go Almity!

I had a bit of a slacker weekend, too. Taxed my mind a bit, but not really the body so much.

Except Friday night we got to chase Ms Til around town for about 15 minutes...we worked HARD as she frolicked along here and there just out of reach, so I'm counting it :) Other than that I've just done some 10-20 minutes walks here and there. Should be out and about today again though.

I know I'm the only one doing photos, but I remain optimistic that if I keep doing it, more will join me ;)

Here's hubby "patiently" helping me practice with off camera lighting...I mean, sitting the chair is helping, right?

Nothing yesterday except 2 dives in my local water.

Can't seem to get my two strobe working at all. One would wash out the other real good. Just got the arms for them so hopefully that would work.
 
didnt do anything today BUT i did say no to chocolate cake (think about your wetsuit i said to myself, think about your wetsuit!) so taking a win when i can!
