You guys are so funny!

I'm claiming running around the college campus all day for our Open House as my work out...Though I'll admit I spent a solid hour on the treadmill too..and then running around town like a maniac to get ready for John's Welcome Home as my time for Sunday.

Back to the gym today though.
 
Hi everyone
It's been awhile since I've been here. New job in the army which keeps me pretty busy and high strung. My new 1SG has a degree as a fitness trainer. Well now it's fitness from 6 to 7:30 every morning (mon-fri). I'm glad for it somehow. Hmm I'm not getting younger in years lOL
Well the snow is gone so maybe one more weekend of snowboarding but I'm gearing up for diving. My girlfriend, dive instructor and a few other friends are planning a small dive trip to Croatia in June. I can't wait. I'm looking into my PADI AOWD course in May.
My girlfriend just finished with her search and rescue tests both PADI and DLRG (for those of you in Germany you know that maybe) I'm proud of her, the DLRG test isn't so easy. Now she gets to do the practical stuff in the rivers etc.
My son is 11 now and I'm looking into getting him into diving this summer. My little girl is only 9 so she'll have to wait another year but she's ok with that. Ok maybe I'm a little excited LOL
Ok enough of going on and on LOL
 
Does lifting the coffee cup a few extra times count? Nevermind. Heading out for a swim in just a few minutes.

well ive said it before about my fast walking (my version of running)... i still suck at it but at least i can finish it now!

im really excited about my training tomorrow... we are usings resistance bands and i LOVE THEM!!!!

my entire body will hurt come friday but these band are great
 
did is say i loved my resistance band workout... i lied!!!

gosh they look nice and easy but they are hard work... anyone else tried them???

this morning.. in the dark, had a 6.15am session and i suspect on friday i will start feeling the effects of all those squats and arm work!
 
An hour of weights this morning and just finished 30 min more on the treadmill


That band work sounds like too much fun for me, Ms. A ;)
 
Back from school!

Did 60 minute cardio and 40 minute weight training.

I'm also moving to drysuit as I feel my body is good enough to use one without having to change size again and again!
