friday, saturday, sunday and monday was diving and sydney diving involves alot of walking with gear on so claiming that!

feeling really good! :multi:

Did an hour of cardio step classes and some ab work last night.........less than 5 pounds from my goal weight......trying to figure out how to step it up a notch for another 2 weeks before my "vacation"

OK I have decided to begin the challenge today. I have gained too much weight since gaining a few years. hmmmm OK I am ready for the 30 min. cardio challenge.

Woohoooo!!! Stupid daylight savings is O-V-E-R! Yippeeeee!!!
:multi::multi::multi::multi::multi::multi::multi:

I can't tell you how much I HATE daylight savings.

But now it's daylight around 6ish which means we can start going to the beach (hopefully) in the mornings again...did I mention
:wave-smil

Yesterday I got out for two ten minute walks plus a 40 minute beach walk. We were initially thwarted on our quest to the beach

The beach walk was in the pouring rain, but it had to be done before the dogs drove me totally insane. My blog has more...

This is looking to the east as we were walking

But sunshine started to peek through - when we were DONE walking, of course!

Everything is still flooded but a couple of days with no rain will fix that up.

tis much better to be able to golf at 930pm than walk at 6am.. :P daylight savings is the best.. :D

this morning was a 6.15am 4klm time trial in the dark! we even had to wear reflective vests so cars would see us.. thats nuts!

claiming for the weekend lots of diving, walking down the hills and across the bridge and down the stairs and across the rocks for a 90min dive and then back up to do it all over a again both saturday and sunday :D

Not here - and I haven't seen you here in this thread before, Mike! Welcome!

At 9am here, you'd melt into a sad puddle of ooze - daylight savings time or not.
that was 9pm, not am... better for golf..

i was in this thread way back in the first few pages.. like a history thing :D
Now starting a walking thing as i spend far too much time in front of comp... :) but i can't get up that early to do it.. haha... 5pm instead
