Great run this morning. I am surprised at how good I felt running. Got into my stride fairly quickly and with the dog along side, was a nice run. Got home, and grabbed the bike for a nice 2 mile ride, again with dog along side. Will try to post some pics of the dog yesterday at the park. Ok, so it's not my workout, however, it is outside and I do get some exercise!

I hope it's not too late, but I want to weigh in and get you guys to help me stay motivated!

This mornings weight, 262. Goal weight, 200.

For breakfast, 4 whole strawberrys and 8 grapes. Did 7 flights of stairs.

Signing up for the gym tonight and hopefully have enough time in the morning to go to spin classes (they start at 6am and I'm due at work at 7:30am)

its 5.43am and cold and dark outside... suppose to go to 6.15am session but dont want to go.... wahhhhhhh - why is this so hard some days!!

I hope you went this morning. At that time this morning, it also was dark, but not cold. I managed to get outa bed to run with the dog. You can do it too! You are such an inspiration for me!
Now, get going!!!!!!!:10:

I'm game!

I have wondered, if you exercised every day for 100 years, do you still feel sore? I get really sore at least once or twice a week, especially after I push myself on the run or swim. Ran 20 minutes this morning before work, then swam for 1 hour after work. I don't feel too bad.

I kinda push myself hard about the last month in preparation for the divemaster testing. Now it is over, I don't push as much, and I think that decreased the aches and sores. I think age has something to do with it, as I don't recall having that much pain when I was in my twenties.

Another motivation:

On the evening news there was a story that says 30-45 minutes of pulse raising exercise most days of the week is The Best preventive for Alzheimers disease.

So, it looks like to althernative to finishing life sitting in a dirty diaper and smiling mindlessly is lots of strenuous, the more the better, exercise.
