Yeah, but the dishes are still dirty. I swear it takes more effort to do those dishes! lol

no diving for me this weekend but lots of housework and yesterday was 5hrs doing stuff and walking around (like picking up our KISS concert tickets-tragic i know!)

this morning was carido and lots and lots and lots of running - well my version of running

and when not running then getting up and down a small hill again and again and again

i still suck at it but i didnt stop either :multi:
 
oh - and wednesday we start using resistance bands for training..... hopefully i wont give myself a black eye from them

And KISS tickets - that is so cool!!! I'd love to see their show! I'm jealous.

I did two rounds this morning- it was too cold to do the third (in between round #1 and round #2 I had to find my ear muffs to keep going). But I did some sit ups, waist exercises, leg lifts... I may be back on the wagon after all!

This weekend I did some beach walks, finally broke out the dumbbells for a little arm training, played with the dogs in the backyard and got out the monster 100-400 lens (at 3lbs!) for some playtime. Did bad with the intake - too many beers Sunday night - so really need to get my act together.

Good to see ya'll in here. I need to get back in here on a more regular basis as ya'll are such an inspiration. Tomorrow's work out is planned a bit light. Easy ride on the bike then the workout DVD ("Slim in 6" awesome series). Took the day off today to give the ole bod a rest after yesterdays run. Planning on Tuesday morning an easy 2 mile jog, just to get everthing loose again.
 
Hey guys, I just got back from Cozumel :( I am sad to be back, but I had a really great time. I logged 15 dives, and I did see turtles! :D Well, it's time to start working out again...
 
Sounds like the Coz trip was a success!!

I had to work nearly all weekend....but does running around a hilly college campus for 8 hours for a prospective student open house count as exercise? ;)
