You guys are really doing great :) I'm just plodding along with our beach walks and did a couple of dives yesterday. I was bad about posting coz I ran out of time on Friday and I was out most of the day yesterday and then had a killer headache so went to sleep! So I owe three photos...

Beach walk on Friday...we did 2!

Dive one yesterday...one of my strobes was acting up so I got to try to remember how to shoot with only one!

Beach walk this morning...the girls being goofy! And, yes, it isn't in focus LOL I wasn't expecting them to come thundering by so just whipped the camera up and pushed the button...I have a lot of these type ;)

*sigh* wished i lived somewhere near the water!!

well this weekend i was a lazy sod that stayed hom and did the laundry

but this morning,.... 6am was up at cardio training and feeling it big time!

:multi: one day at a time, one meal at a time!!
 
An hour of cardio step and 15 minutes of ab work....good class tonight - left energized instead of completely wiped out!
Might be up for a while...but that's OK...got tons to do!
 
I'm turning 39 in a few months and I plan to be in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 40. :D

Alcina... I'm LOVING the pics of your dog!

I'm hoping we'll be dog-watching for one of my husband's good friends when he is deployed to Afghanistan (again). We have a Shiba Inu (small Japanese dog) but the adopto-pet is a HUGE German Shepherd. He'll need a lot more exercise- my dog can run in crazy circles around the living room.

So- long, brisk walks are in my future!

But for now- I'm stuck with access to about 10 minutes-worth of walking area- I could go twice but I'm limited on time. Yes, it's an excuse.

I'm thinking I'll do my 10 minute walk and add in some abs.

Abs are hard to get inspired about when you've let them get comfortable. Grrr... last summer I had a waist. Now I just have muffin tops. I got jeans out of the dryer and put them on yesterday and had to do that jumping around thing- that's not a pair of jeans I've had a problem with in the past.

Time to get cracking!

I did an hour of weights tonight...might be feeling it tomorrow.....

We still weighing in?? I've lost 21 pounds as of today since May 15th...that's almost 10 months exactly :D

I've been doing the beach walk thing, but not as hard, long or as often as I should. I have no excuses - I just have been choosing not to do the things I need to do to get fit again.
