Finally some more photos ;)

I'm sick. Sick sick sick. Not happy. Need to kick this head cold over by Saturday morning as conditions actually look good enough to dive!

Did a quick beach walk with the dog yesterday arvo but couldn't cope with a camera.

Will see how I feel later today - have done one 15 minute walk today and it was OK, but hard to breathe...
 
I did 1/2 hour on the elliptical, a 1/2 hour doing stairs, and 15minutes of leg work on the weight machines.
 
Did some weight training today. Otherwise, nothing new.
 
I did an hour of Tae Bo today
 
went anyway.
did an hour (or so) of weights and ab work. I'll save the cardio for the next day I feel better...just not enough energy to pump up the heart rate and sweat it out for 30 min.
 
I climbed 1000 steps yesterday (yes, I even confirmed this). I think that qualified me for the one scoop of ice cream I treated myself to at the end of the day.

Walked five miles today. In the rain. Joy.
 
I did 45 min of cardio and 15 min on the weight machines working out my legs.
 
did alot of relaxing over the weekend and yesterday jumped into the pool for a swim and shallow dive (hubby testing new housing)

this morning 6am cardio..... im still crap at it but im feeling better :D
 
i plodded outside for about 30mins today... still sore from yesterdays session!

yikes - and i gotta go back tomorrow
