Good lord woman. The fact that you are doing this at 6am makes me want to go lay down with a cold compress upon my forehead. How are you even able to walk? Do you get any strange looks? Hehehehe.

But it will all pay off, and right now, you have to feel like you can kick some serious butt with such accomplishments. Well, you could maybe kick some butt if you could lift your leg high enough I meant. ;)

Oh my goodness.........If I can make it out of bed in the morning it will be a miracle!

Did an hour of weights...where I pushed my limits with each set.
And then did 30 minutes of "cardio skills & drills"...which is basically your old fashioned kinesthetics - jumping jacks, jump rope, laps, and a million other things that nearly had me doubled over. YIKES!

Feelin' good though :D :D :D

Apparently I am being quite a slacker compared to you guys. I did 65 minutes of cardio just now, and am getting ready to take the dogs on a 2 mile walk and I feel lazy in comparision. I need to kick things up a notch! If I end up posting from my bed tomorrow saying, "I cannot even find the energy nor the strength to swing my leg from this bed to get up...", you're going to know the reason why!!! :sprite10:

dont be too quick to call yourself a slacker flstar.... I once took chocoate cake to a training session!!!!

(and aboot that was when i stopped going to that trainer... we "werent on the same page" apparently"

:D

:rofl3: :rofl3: :rofl3: :rofl3: :rofl3:

Now THAT takes guts.

P.S. like the new sig.

That is too funny!
I would love to see the look on my trainer's face if I brought chocolate cake LOL

And somehow I'm thinking that 65 minutes of cardio and a 2 mile hike with 2 dogs keeps you from being a slacker, flstarfish44. That much cardio has me thinking about the distance between benches

Well, I'm beyond slack in comparison, but yesterday at least I was out and about for work! It was way too hot to take the dog to the beach so we just romped indoors instead. Not the best workout but better than sitting on the couch only!

Here's a shot as promised from yesterday - I did a lot of walking, scrambling up and down rocks and hefting gear ;)

You are NOT being a slack, no way! Why, you posted a pic and the rest of us didn't. You are getting a free pass. :-)

And what a beautiful pic!! That's an amazing shot. And I do like that you did it in black and white even. Honestly, you can feel the emotion coming from that picture.

And all that moving around, that's calories burned right there!! :D

Well, back to the drawing board again.

Too hot and too windy to hit the beach for a walk yesterday so I cranked up the AC and hit the elliptical machine for the first time in months. I did ten minutes in one go. Not a lot for those of you who are being good, I know. But I was happy with it. At one point I thought I'd be able to go for longer but at 9 minutes my left ankle folded over and I about stacked it, so thought I'd better be realistic the first time back LOL

After the E-machine I walked around the backyard for a cool down and a bit of puppy play...so the photo of the day is a happy snap of MatildaLily catching her breath;

She is sooooo cute! :)

No pain when I woke up this morning....woot woot! :D
I made it to the gym again today for an hour of cardio...too wet and chilly around here today to do anything outside.
