Got my cardio in for the day....dance class at the gym! It was way too much fun :)

Uhm...if you're having actual FUN while exercising, is that supposed to count? I thought it had to be complete drudgery. ;)

It DOES sound like absolute fun though. I got five miles in...it was not fun.
 
Did a whopping 90 minute cardio today. Don't know if that would do any good because looks like I screwed my diet today. :(

Looks like I'm going through some sort of strange depression at the moment. :sad2: Don't know why, maybe its the weather or something.
 
I got 45min of Tae Bo in today :D

I asked myself the same thing as I posted that message :) It was mostly entertaining watching the other ladies in the class though b/c I felt completely ridiculous.

Off to cross train at the gym...fun fun fun.
 
did another session with the trainer today - i was toning

i swear i sweat more with toning than i do with cardio!

IF i feel good tonight i might go to a 3rd session tomorrow morning...... if ;)

im also preparing a proposal for my office to sponsor a 5 week x 2 sessions per week group training for the office

considering our US office gets to enjoy a $3mil p/year on site "wellness centre" (its truely amazing!!!!) i hopinig to put the pressure on him to fork out some money - wish me luck!

Did an hour of cross training today...will probably wake up hurting tomorrow, but I'm really starting to notice a different in my muscle tone and development...back out again tomorrow :)

Yeah, I think I sweat more when I am toning as well. I am not quite sure why. I just do whatever makes me sweat the most, and makes my muscles feel the 'burn'. Try mixing toning and cardio together (I think it's called circuit training), now THAT makes me sweat! The 'Tae Bo Amped' workouts I do incorporate a weighted bar with the Tae Bo cardio moves. It makes me feel like my arms/legs are going to fall off! A great idea is to use weighted ankle/wrist weights to incorporate into any cardio routine (I must warn you, you may look like an idiot, you'll get a great workout though!)
