Ok I signed up= for this might as well get moving. I took the last week off from the gym as it was closed, the holidays and family came to visit. Now the excuses are out of the way it is back on the wagon today. I am back on my diet and I will be at the gym today for sparing and running.

Good luck to everyone in the new year with your goals.

welcome back old and new :multi:

for me today is a NEW DAY - 2008 is a NEW START

going to make it matter - less calories and more effort

one meal at a time, one step at a time!!!!!!!

WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!

Starting to exercise is easy. It's the 'sticking with it' that's the kicker. Ugh. How come 'physical exercise' was so much more fun when you were a kid?????

Because it sucks! LOL

Off to the gym in a few.....it's absolutely freezing outside today or else I'd try to do the cardio outside.

Happy New Year everyone!
Back on the wagon...

Happy New Year!

Umm, yeah, about the cold. It is 3 degrees F at the moment. Lately, I would rather stay in my nice warm bed instead of working out, but I am going to Cozumel in 2 months, so it is about time to get my butt in gear. I have been working out, but not as hard as I should as I will be in a (gasp!) swimsuit soon!:shakehead:

Good luck to everyone with 'getting back on the wagon'!!! (or 'staying on the wagon' for some of you):lotsalove:

Ok how about 6 or so hours on the weekends of snowboarding, that counts right?? LOL At least for the weekends.

ok . . I'm in!

I swam half a mile doing sprint intervals on New Years Day, and walked yesterday. I'm not sure what I'm doing today yet :)

I've been doing really really good. I did six miles yesterday. It gets to where you feel you let yourself down if you DON'T do something (if its not a scheduled 'off' day). Although I think playing on one's Wii should count as 'exercise' too. Do I get to count that?

Now, I just need to get back into doing strength work. Maybe I should put the weights out somewhere where I'll literally trip over them as a reminder. ;)

Just did a 35 minute cardio. I'll probably do one again along with some weight training. :)
