Hey guys, wow, I have not been on the computer for a long time! I have been working out, but I've been too busy to log on. I hope everyone had a great holiday. Happy New Year as well! :shelli:
 
I guess I accepted this challenge two days ago, lol. Starting off just walking for the 30 min, did that x2 days so far...gonna do that for all of next week then the following week I'll start a walk/run program so I don't kill the legs. :)
 
I'm in - quit smoking 4 months ago (doing great, no problem - Chantix works...) and have been wanting to begin a routine but haven't found the discipline for it yet-> Today is the day.

I always give mad props to anyone who quits smoking. I've never smoked and really never had a desire to, but I've seen how addictive it is. I have a few friends/family members who try every year to quit and never can. It's truly an insanely difficult struggle to kick the habit. Kudos to you! :D
 
I rode ten miles yesterday and it took all I had to keep up with a pace JB set that had his HR about 120, while mine was 165. I could feel all that holiday food jigglin around too.

I'm trying to work up to a 34 mile ride on the 12th with some Oahu warriors, I'll probably just make half of it because I don't think I can pull the hill involved. Kudos to all of ya'll for getting out there and burning whatever we can.
 
Basically all I did was dives as exercise and on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Otherwise, didn't gain anything much other then muscle masses.

Darn good question...but ah well back on it... 6.3 miles and small weight work
