1/1/07 - 40 minute swim in 45 degree water (burrr)
1/2/07 - 35 minutes on eliptical, 45 minute hapkido sparring and 45 minute kendo sparring
1/3/07 - 45 minutes hapkido, 1 hour biggest looser work out (local gym runs a version of biggest looser includes cardio, weights, abs and so much more painful things.
 
Six more miles....DONE!

Now I won't feel 'quite' so guilty drinking that alcohol tonight. ;)

Exactly! Some people cut out alcohol all together when trying to lose weight. I'm Irish, and that is NOT happening. I just workout a lot harder when I know I'm going to be drinking.

Sorry for rambling on, but, I believe it is not really the alcohol that makes it difficult for people to stay healthy, it is rather the food they consume while they drink. I try to stick to pretzels when the drunk 'munchies' kick in. I know preztels aren't a 'health' food, but they are much better than pizza or 'White Castle'.

I did 75min. of Tae Bo Amped today.
 
an hour of cardio with abs...holy cow my legs work

and I agree....i tend to work harder when I know I'm going to be "bad" for the night.
and I try to stick to peanuts...if they have them :)

im SO GLAD that tomorrow i go back to training as i have done NOTHING!!!!!!!!!

on the plus side, i have had cravings for fruit only so tend to be eating that instead of the bad stuff thankfully!
 
Did a 65 minute cardio and some weight training. But I don't know. Anyways, off to do something.

nearly vomited about 30mins in though...... man starting again is hard work!!
 
Ok didn't do alot of cardio this weekend but I got into some training, pushups situps about 120 of each. went boarding some on the weekend but it was raining here in germany yuck LOL My GF has a meeting on wednesday night with her water rescue group (she's working on her search and rescue dive training) I think I'll head to the pool and test out my new fins she gave me for x mas. Normally I'm supposed to do fitness from 0630-0730 but my job has me in my workshop at 0600 every morning so that's out.
Getting started again is such a pain in the butt. I used to work out nearly 2-3 hours a day but why I stopped I can't say LOL
