yes! I have finally worked out! I did 1 hour of cardio. I have not worked out since wednesday. I feel MUCH better now! :D

I'm stealing away to NJ for a day this week for work...he's coming along, but so are the workout clothes...maybe I'll go work off some steam at the hotel

Howdy Folks!! I'm back!

Yes, back from Thailand, where the diving was good, food not good, phuket not good and me being very, very ill - so all in all I'm very glad to be back, and have no plans to go back any time soon !!!

Firstly - Almity! Hold the phone - that avatar photo of you is great! COMPLETELY different from when I joined this lovely group last year sometime - well done you look fab!

So today after a bit of relaxing over the weekend (if you can call running a rescue course relaxing...) is a new start in getting back into shape.

OMG. Just tried this new machine at the gym. You grab a 10lb medicine ball while seated, lean back, come forward and toss it into a hoop in front of you. Grab the ball, repeat 40 times.

Sounds like fun except I could not get out of bed this morning. OOOh AaAAh. The pain. My abs. my abs. owee.
 
hahahahahah - you look young & fit enough to be one of my nephews!

i just spent my lunch hour buying new joggers as my old ones are so stinky i couldnt even leave them in the car

walking up and down the stairs at the sports store was a new experience in pain for my poor gloots!!!!!
