i just spent my lunch hour buying new joggers as my old ones are so stinky i couldnt even leave them in the car

walking up and down the stairs at the sports store was a new experience in pain for my poor gloots!!!!!

I got sucked in at the duty free shop in the airport and ended up buying a Casio Z1200 digicamera and housing :shakehead: - but I'm glad I did! :D Took loads of photos!

I am jealous. I am wishing to get housing for my dinky Canon Powershot SD1000 for christmas(I guess it's better than nothing!) It is good for now I suppose, but one day I will get a better cam.

We'll be looking forward to your pics.:D

I did 1 hour of cardio, and OMG! I focused on my legs the last 1/2 hour and now my legs feel like J-E-L-L-O!:11:
 
Did some muscle workout yesterday and I'll do some tonight later one.
 
Got a wake up call from 00 and I ran 2miles and walked one, and walked two more this evening with the wifie to be, and the dog. There is a new gym opening in Crawfordville (also know for the world record of most fried food in one area) that is open 24/7 I am looking forward to joining to start weight training.
