Mrs Pirate, Tatjana (our foriegn exchane student) and I hike about 6.5 miles around the geyser field at Old Fithful in Yellowstone NP today. I am feeling guilty as I ate some cookies out of sheer boredom during the drive home.

I will have to hit it hard tomorrow, but Sundays are filled with church obligations.
 
Did a good 50 minutes exercise, after that, did the exercise ball and weight lifting. However...I kinda feel sad and empty today. Don't know why, but I just do. :sadangel:

I did about 20 minutes with the dog this morning. I'm sore from diving yesterday- mostly just my arms.
 
I had a pretty slack weekend with nothing out of the ordinary movement-wise. Did have a great Friday night out with lots of drinks - which I almost never do - and dinner out with a bunch of friends. Then we were slack and did Chinese food Sat and leftovers Sunday. The upside to the Chinese is that I do chop up a whole huge pile of veggies and mix it in so I'm about 1 part chinese food to 5 parts fresh veggies. So eating wasn't too bad, at least.
 
spend all day saturday cleaning and laundry and sunday was out visiting one of our oldest dive shops in its newest location and doing the social (cutting onions and organizing the menfolk/bbq) thing

but i used good eating habits so not too bad
 
Now I know why I feel sad and empty. I'm trying to write my essay and it is so hard to. :(

And no, haven't done any exercise. I'll probably do some muscle training since don't have time to do any cardio. :shakehead:

ive still fighing off this cold... saturday i was even steaming because for the first time my sinuses where suffering.... will be glad when its finally gone!

and essay Roy.... :l: i cant imagine what it would be like going to school these days!
