I don't think she'll mind if I share that none of her pants fit her anymore. She had to go out and buy new ones!

I walked 3 blocks north, 5 blocks west, 1 block south, 5 blocks east, 1 block south, 5 blocks west, 1 block south and 5 blocks east. I try not to do math in public, but that ought to bring me right back to where I started. Then I did the lower-body series from Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2. That is a killer work out.
Tomorrow... walking and the upper-body series. If you don't hear from me by noon, somebody call 9-1-1!
