Did a cardio exercise and some weight training. :D :dork2:
 
Well I am fortunate enough to have been able to bring my dog outa town with me so have been up at 0530 every morning for 1.5 hour walks, then another 1.5 in the evening...just had Pizza tho:11:

Truckergirl, good idea about the fridge, I used to have one in my rig but now I drive a sedan and dont really have room for it but somewhere that idea has merit...its just the hows....
 
no exercise for me again...but a 100% postive food day

still fighting off a lurgy PLUS today i tried to donate blood.

tried because.... i went in to donate blood today and the 2 tests (where they p***k your finger) shows low levels they decide to take a sample via the vein and i started feeling woosey

the lovely mobile blood bank guy then throws me onto the couch, hauls my legs into the air at a 90dec angle (while wearing a skirt and in front of my boss!) and starts chatting to me for about 30mins while holding my ankles!

I'm sorry Ms. A......that happened to me a few weeks ago...not fun

The hotel gym was a washout last night, but the new hotel's gym looks promising.

Ate some junky stuff today, and had a real hard time finding more healthy choices for dinner...which is frustrating...I've only been eating out for 3 days and I'm already tired of it LOL

Guess I better do double the work at the gym tonight......
 
Being on the road is alway tough. I have resorted to packing a lunch for work. I can make good food choices before I leave the house.

This week is going well. I have worked out 6 of 7 days. In the past 2 days. I have dropped 3.5 pounds.

I even had to punch new holes in my belt yesterday as I have lost about 5 inches off of my waist.
 
I usually pack a lunch when I work in town. But from Labor Day until Thanksgiving, I'm living out of hotel rooms non-stop.

So, it's hard to snack healthy to avoid being ravenous between meals when I'm traveling around in a car all day with no opportunity to get back to a hotel room or keep things cold. Protein bars and shakes use so many chemicals and replacements that they're nearly as bad for you as eating fatty foods.

I'll figure it out...it just takes time......and my patience is tied up elsewhere...so I don't have much to share with the eating right business ;)
 
Okay, did another great fresh exercise today. And Alcina, my new strobe has shipped!!! :yeahbaby: This calls for a celebration :yeahbaby:, but no, don't wanna party with sweets. :no:
 
erparamedic has been a little preoccupied on some other websites. Plus, she has a life. Which I don't. So that's her excuse.

I don't think she'll mind if I share that none of her pants fit her anymore. She had to go out and buy new ones!

YAY er!

I walked 3 blocks north, 5 blocks west, 1 block south, 5 blocks east, 1 block south, 5 blocks west, 1 block south and 5 blocks east. I try not to do math in public, but that ought to bring me right back to where I started. Then I did the lower-body series from Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2. That is a killer work out.

Tomorrow... walking and the upper-body series. If you don't hear from me by noon, somebody call 9-1-1!
