7 cameras and 2 strobes. :)

The good news is because the camera was under warranty, I only had to pay shipping. The strobe is another story though. The first one was stolen by an octopus and the other one was seeing the battery pack sinking into the canyon. ;)

 good grief Roy... i expect more pics from you now!!

1hr walk this mroning... i took a pic but my batteries are flat so cant get them out the camera but im holding up the camera now for you too look at :D

Okay- this morning at 7:30 the dog and I hit the park- 3 rounds. We think that's 2.25 miles. Not sure- minimum is 1.5 miles but the rounds seem way longer than .5 mile and shorter than 1 mile. So. There's that. Then did the Crunch Fat-burning Ab Attack. It's an hour-long DVD but I skip most of the floor work. It's got to be a good 30 minutes of cardio-ab work, though. Then I decided to help out The Dive Guy with his seal team tonight. Carrying tanks/weights/gear. I spent the better part of an hour in 5 feet of water just swimming back and forth. Only one of his seal team kids showed up so it was pretty much swimming in circles like sharks in a tank :D

Nothing much today...just did cardio, no weight training, and finally got my strobe.

WOW! Been a long time since I have posted here. Lots of personal stuff I have had to work through. Bad news, (I don't recall if I mentioned it), my beloved Kiddo, 13 years died in July. He was a wonderful walking/jogging partner in his younger days. Good news, Charlie, a 7 mth springer spanial and I walked this morning! Even rode the bike a little last night with Charlie in tow. Ok, so the motivation was to wear the puppy out. However, the other benefit is that I have a walking buddy again. Want to get back jogging soon. I feel (mentally) so much better than I have the past 6+ months.

Jenny- I'm so sorry about your loss! I'm so pathetically attached to my dog that I don't know what I'll do when it's his time. Ugh. Dogs are so much better than people- okay, some dogs are so much better than most people.

My dog would rather lay around in bed all day than move- but he does like to chase squirrels and rabbits. Other than that, he's looking at me like "why can't I just go pee on everything and then lay down?"

Aww thats sad Jenny, we're with you. I was also sad too when my giant spider mysteriously died. Well, it didn't died, it just shedded its skin and then ran off into the backyard and I was even more sad.

Anyways, exercise report today is cardio one hour and doing weight training.
