Cardio Update:
Yesterday: AM - 6Miles on the push bike
Yesterday: Lunch - 4miles on the push bike

Today: AM - 47mins jog/run this morning (rough terrian, up hill)
Today: Lunch - I did 30'so mins in the gym doing some weights.
Been running *a lot* recently, its got to be at least 3-4miles a day now.
The thing I've notice is my body is changing shape! - As its getting use to running
I have skinny arms and (as my wife puts it a 'boney') back/shoulders now and real muscly legs. I still need to loose/convert the fat around my middle - blasted desk job!
What about some photos!?

Update on clothing sizes: Size 28" Jeans - 'Small' sized shirts
