arrived at 6am cardio session to be told that its time trials :shocked:

had to do 4miles... at my version of fast walking... everyone else ran... i still suck but i did it!
 
You are doing great for quite awhile now.

Time to post the new wetsuit shot.

How was tagging seahorses? that sounded so cool.

tonight's exercise - 30 minutes on the elliptical. 2.35 miles and 368 calories. HR in the cardio zone the entire time. Tomorrow - DIVING !!!
 
Oh goodness!
I didn't do a darn thing for 4 days....and somehow I managed to convinve myself I'd be able to handle a step class, 2 ab classes, a cardio kick boxing class, AND my dance class.

Somehow I have a feeling it will NOT feel good in the morning.

Yesterdays activities entailed coldwater diving. 2 dives, approximately 1.0 hour underwater, maybe slightly less. I will have to consult my computer later on this evening. Water temp was 51 degrees, so I would love to see how many calories are expended. Going to have to check that out. This afternoon is my blood donation, so my exercise will be limited. I had wanted to get up and get am exercise video in this morning, but I was simply too tired after yesterday's driving-n-divning! :)

OMG!
I hurt EVERYWHERE!
My abs didn't start hurting until about an hour ago...but they ache so bad! LOLL
No comedies for my entertainment tonight...laughing hurts too much.

But what did I do, but subject myself to more this morning...did an hour of weights with a splash of cardio.
 
Okay, I am freaking out. Vacation is in less than three weeks, and I've got the flu.... Looks like I'm not working out for a few days:(...I guess I'll be okay calorie-wise if I stick to chicken soup and sugar-free jello for the next few days, and don't eat like a cow when I get my appetite back.

I managed to squeeze in an hour of cardio at the gym this morning before donating blood...so that means only 1 day of light "duty" instead of 2 :)
 
Did my 30minutes on the treadmill. 360 calories and 2.35 miles. My heart wasn't in it.
 
Because I've been experiencing a bit of lightheadedness after my blood donation on Tuesday, I switched from the Elliptical back to the treadmill last night for the evening. Did 35 minutes on the treadmill last night - can't remember any of the specifics except that I did 1.7 miles, I think.
