This is embarrassing. I went from working out 3-4 hours a day to nothing in the last 6 years.

Today another 2 1/2 miles.

My wife runs everyday, and is kicking butt!

I have to say I'm already feeling the difference. I haven't felt this sore in years!;)
 
I've been very sore, especially my lower back. I think I need to go and get a massage and reinflate the exercise ball so that I can stretch properly. Just finished another YBB session - 35 minutes. Don't feel as good as I have previously, but that's fine. I was moving - which counts. Can't wait for the gym to reopen next week so that I can get down there and get some really good cardio going again.
 
I did an 1.5 hours of cardio/strength training
 
I'm such a slacker.
I'm eating garbage and I haven't been to the gym since Wednesday.

I feel enormous and depressed.....and tomorrow winds at 30 mph means no running outside while i'm visiting friends.
 
im here im here

foot injury over the weekend so missed monday training but wednesday i did toning and still feel sore!

tonight im going to kickboxing to make up for the missed class and got alot of diving planned for the weekend :multi:

so what is everyone else up to???
 
Sorry, I've been off of exercising because of the Gym closure and then the weekend. Tried to go diving on Saturday but it ended up being an Aquarium day due to NW-ernly swells causing the Beach to be better for surfers than divers. Back at the gym last night after a hectic start to the week with 12-14 hour days of work and legal meetings, etc. 35 minutes on the treadmill, 1.76 miles and, if i remember correctly, 283 calories.
 
did i mention sore legs and im suppose to do kick boxing today..... ugghhhhhh

and ive got a full weekend of diving coming up...... my poor legs :D
