Did cardio & abs last night - 75 min total.
Off to cross-train for an hour...weights with a splash of cardio.
Still trying to drop those last pesky 10 pounds.
 
Hi. I thought I would jump in on the fitness challenge I have 35 lbs. to lose to get to my goal weight. I just renewed my gym membership and my plan is to go at least 5 or 6 days a week. I did an hour today - 30 on the elliptical and 30 on the bike. On the days I'm not at the gym, I plan to be diving or doing some other activity.

I'm turning 39 in a few months and I plan to be in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 40. :D
 
I did 45min of cardio and 30min of strength training
 
Did 2 hours of cardio plus 15 minutes of abs yesterday
An hour of weights ahead of me before 6pm.

Doubled up a bit this week b/c I'm going to see my little brother who just got back from Iraq....so I won't be digging up the desire to hit the gym for a few days.
 
im here... jsut been flat chat lately!!

this morning was kickboxing.. i have such little strenght in my arms!

oh, and im aboot to start using resistance bands in my training also :multi:
 
I've been working out, and again, I was too busy to check in....

I worked out for 1.5 hours today (cardio & strength)
 
spent 4 days with the fam...which means no working out...but I did double duty a couple days last week in anticipation.

made it to the gym for an hour of weights today.....lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks...that was a "yay" moment this morning.
 
im here im here... ive just been really busy

had this mornings workout and feeling pooped already

started going back to basics.. packing healthy lunches so i can avoid impulse buying!

oh, and my work has agreed to pay for corporate fitness training so i will get an extra session per week for 10 weeks :multi:
