Not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but if you do weights first, and then your cardio, you burn more fat. Don't ask my how. It's just something that a couple of trainers have told me.
Never heard that before, even from my trainer. I will have to give it a try.
 
More walking and general aerobic activity on Day 3.

I'm headed up to the mountains for some skiiing/tubing/etc, so I won't be reporting in until Sunday night...

Keep it up all!
 
Last night, very brisk walking around the surrounding hills, 45 minutes (these are steep hills, let me tell you). I'm beginning to feel better, finally.

Well... I'm into a routine (7th day in a row)... switched to early mornings... and have the meals back into a semblence of normalcy...

Goin' for the gold, here...
 
2 trips between buildings at work approx 1/4 mile round trip (1/2 mile total)
2 trips up up 27 stairs (54 total)

and back at the ranch.....
2 miles on the treadmill
2.5 MPH
48 minutes
9% elevation

almost at 3 litres of water
 
This afternoon, I did circuit training (cardio and strength training combined) for forty-five minutes.

I'm starting to notice a change in my breathing already.
 
Day 4
Walking: 1 hour (3.5 miles 5.63 km)

Day 3
Walking: 2 hours 37 minutes (10.28 miles 16.54 km)

Day 2
Walking: 1 hour 30 minutes (6.3 miles 10 km)

Day 1 (January 1, 2007):
Diving in the Atlantic: 2 hours 10 minutes
Walking: 1 hour 2 minutes (4.15 miles 6.68 km)
 
Jogged and walked this evening for about 30 minutes down and up a steep nearby hill.

Tomorrow i'll take a different route that takes me to the peak which is a few hundred feet in altitude.
