I am looking for an outboard to put on my inflatable. I found a 20 hp johnson 67-68. It is in great running condition. Comp. is 135 and 138, it has good spark. What would be a fair price to pay for that outboard? Are parts easy to get if anything happens? Please help!!! I am a newbie to boating and motors.
 
Besides the costs between a newer motor and this one is the weight. That engine could be almost 2x the weight of a 5 year old 20 HP one.

But for yours, no more then $250.
