You might consider a dive club membership with annual dues. Then give paid members preferred pricing and "first shot" at trips, etc. Make it an active club with regular meetings, guest speakers and monthly club dives at different locations.

You'll find the Zena is a great BC. My wife has one and loves it. The only negative I can say about it is the zipper interfers with the low pressue inflator on her dry suit. Other than that, go for it.

You've got to blow real hard but they do work. You're right though, they aren't as loud underwater.

Ditto all of the above statements about the quality. Although I don't dive Sherwood, I am a service tech for their equipment. I've service a lot of their gear in the last 13 years and don't recall any of it being serviced due to a failure.

David, Put a coffee can in the neck seal and soda (or beer) cans in the wrist seals and let it set for a couple of days. With the latex seals, it won't stretch but they will relax a little. Once you've done this, leave the can in the seals and trim no more tham 1/8 of an inch at a time...

If I were you, I wouldn't touch it. I'd pass the information to me as to how to contact the person trying to sell it. Ok, I'll be honest. If the equipment is in decent shape and fits, I'd buy it before someone else did.
