OP wants a replacement because the printing is wearing off his C card....

We also have to be realistic here, a replacement has to cost something.

Besides material costs, there is staffing in order to make this happen etc., or does everyone expect stuff for nothing these days!

Nobody in this thread appears to be suggesting that it should be free.

Almost everyone is suggesting the price is excessive or exploitative.

Went to the PADI site to see what it would cost to order a replacement c-card since the printing on mine is rubbing off.

I'd just put some packing tape or other laminate material on the card to keep it from wearing any more and go diving!

it takes two seconds to look anyone up on the padi pro site. cards shmards.

Use a labelling machine to print the PADI punter ID and stick that on the card. Then selotape over it so it doesn't wear off.

Using a desktop browser my PADI ecard shows everything but the PADI app on my iPhone does not show my pic , DOB or name. I'm pretty sure it used to, but an update must have broke it.

So.......Does anyone still use www.scubaearth.com ? When I log onto that site it takes me right to a profile that shows all my PADI certs. Here's a snip of the site that I just took.

Also, I have the PADI app on my phone and it populates my e-certs with no problems. (2nd pic below is a screenshot from my phone).

PS.... As far as I know, I am no longer a PADI member unless it's free....but everything still works.
