I will try posting out in the open from now on if I think I can make a point. This is very infrequent; given the huge number of people on this board of varying backgrounds, I find that most of the points I think of when reading the original post have already been made, and more eloquently than I could have done. I also read perspectives which I would never have thought of, which is what makes these boards so interesting.

Certainly your humbleness adds to your status as a legend.

As for humor, I have the same problem. Many just don't get it (OK, maybe it really isn't funny). Keep using it though for those of us who do.

By the way... where are all the lady legends here? While the "sport" was largely male dominated when many of us started, that has thankfully changed. We certainly have some lady legends among us.
